At First Care we use up-to-date systems to help make the business run as smoothly as possible. We want to make it easy for you and the team to access information so that everyone can spend our time focusing on the care of our patients.

BambooHR is our Human Resources (HR) system and contains all of you personnel information and training records. Use BambooHR to book leave and change your emergency contact details.
Every now and again you will receive company updates from the team emailed from BambooHR.
We do a lot of our training through online e-learning. e-LfH is a Health Education England Programme in partnership with the NHS and Professional Bodies. It allows us to enhance traditional learning, support existing teaching methods and provide a valuable reference point which can be accessed anytime, anywhere.
