I just want to say how well your staff looked after my wife Kathleen when they took her to Dialysis in Exeter over the past year, she was always happy when being transported to her appointments.

Extremely efficient, understanding and caring, a polite team who engaged with the customer. It goes a long way.

The First Care crew collected me from Heavitree Hospital Exeter. They were really excellent, friendly, caring and a credit to your business.

Conveying thanks to the crew that went above and beyond to ensure the patient made it home in the best possible way to enable her to die in peace at home. The crew waited beyond their allotted time at both the hospital and the home address to make sure that the patient was transferred with empathy and care.
