Just a note to thank both crews who transported me yesterday for their kindness, care and patience, sincerely appreciated.

I would like to thank your company and the 2 ambulance drivers who moved my father, who has dementia, from a care home in Guildford to one in Wellington Somerset.  Both of them treated him with respect and kindness and made what could have been a very traumatic journey much less stressful, for both dad and myself.

The First Care crew collected me from Heavitree Hospital Exeter. They were really excellent, friendly, caring and a credit to your business.

I was transported by two wonderful members of staff. I'd been in hospital with a stage 4 terminal cancer label - so quite poorly (!!) -  They were prompt, cheerful, very kind, efficient, considering my needs in miniscule details so that I would be comfortable en route, so kind. Please say thank you to them.

Conveying thanks to the crew that went above and beyond to ensure the patient made it home in the best possible way to enable her to die in peace at home. The crew waited beyond their allotted time at both the hospital and the home address to make sure that the patient was transferred with empathy and care.

I thought it was just great, the driver so attentive and made sure I was okay before he left. You do an amazing service, Thank you is not enough but I can assure you it is meant and not just throw away words.

...Nothing was to much trouble, also looked after me for any concerns. They both need medals for their team work getting Clive home. I will never forget their kindness towards us.

I have recently used your ambulance service for my many visits to the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital. I was collected and returned to my home in Seaton over several weeks and found all your staff to be very polite, helpful and efficient.
